Most of our larger furniture items are made to order, we do however hold stock of non bespoke items, and these can usually be delivered withing 6 - 8 weeks. Our bespoke range of furniture is all made to order and delivery can vary depending on the item. We always aim have freestanding bespoke pieces delivered within 8-10 weeks, if this isn’t possible we will advise you before you place an order. For details on kitchen delivery please refer to the kitchen section on the home page.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the furniture ordered will fit into the required location. It is important that you carefully measure where the piece is going, ensuring that there is adequate access and that you check the area has no tight turns, narrow doorways or low ceilings. Some pieces are heavy and require a two man lift which is included in our delivery service. Most items are fully assembled on delivery. We will give you an estimated delivery date when the furniture piece is ordered, and prior to delivery you will be offered a delivery day based on our carrier's availability in your area. If you will not be available on the date offered this may delay your delivery. We will call you approximately two days prior to the agreed delivery date to take delivery of the order. The delivery team will unwrap and place the piece for you.
All items may vary very slightly to within 10mm on either side, please take this into consideration when measuring. We will always advise on the best measurements for an area when given the overall dimensions. Measurements for kitchens will be done by our team and will be our responsibility, we must be notified of any changes to the area between initial measurements and productions of the order, for example: new doorways, porches built onto buildings etc, as this may affect access. Some of our smaller items eg: stools, peg rack and handles are held in stock and can be posted within 1 week, please call us for more detail regarding specific items.

Most of our items are hand made and painted to order in our workshop, and to give our furniture a more vintage feel we wax over the paint when finished which not only protects the finish but gives a more subtle aged look, this finish very slightly darkens the colour.
To clean painted items we would recommend occasionally wiping over with a slightly damp cloth.
We can also source paint from other manufacturers for a small extra charge, please call us for more details.
To complement our range of furniture we have a range of handles that will suit most tastes.
We can of course supply the item without handles for you to fit your own.
We will recommend the most suitable size of handle depending on the chosen piece.
Our solid wood dresser worktops are made from two inches thick timber boards.
Customers can choose between oak or reclaimed wood, and below is a brief description outlining both.
Our joinery team makes all the worktops in our workshop from high quality ethically sourced timber.
Reclaimed timber has a more rustic look, and will age beautifully, we seal the top with a water based lacquer to make wiping spills away easier. We do not recommend this type of worktop for long term contact with water, eg: as sink housing etc.
Oak worktops are also sealed with a water based lacquer, they have a less rustic feel than the reclaimed timber but are suited to any area where water may be present often.
If you need any more information regarding our worktops please feel free to call us.
